Event Based Training:
The Run Mammoth Event Based Training program is designed for the runner who is training for one specific goal event ranging from the
5k – Marathon distance. This training program will start at your current fitness and progress you towards peak fitness
come RACE DAY!!! The Run Mammoth runner is interested in a customized training plan specifically geared towards
their race distance and date. This scientifically formulated program will give you specific training paces to work towards
for every run based on your current fitness and time goals. This program is flexible enough to adapt to a hectic
lifestyle, yet will push you hard enough to achieve your race goals.
Cost:
Bronze - $50 - 8 week Base Phase program
Silver - $75 - 12 week program for race distances from 5k up to the Half Marathon
Gold - $100 - 16 week Marathon program
Monthly Coaching:
